I revised the Orange County Retired Educators Association website focusing on improving usability, modernizing the design, and creating a clearer, more accessible experience for members. A stakeholder interview was conducted, as well as a full site evaluation to identify the most critical issues.
The Process
I conducted stakeholder interviews with the association’s president and webmaster to understand organizational goals, member needs, and pain points. Their insights guided the website updates, ensuring the redesign addressed the most pressing usability and content issues.
I performed a website evaluation by mapping out each page, identifying usability and design issues, and ranking them by severity. This process provided a clear roadmap for prioritizing updates and guided the redesign toward the most impactful improvements.
