Previously, Spark Robotic tracked customer contact information and warranty status in a basic spreadsheet. I transitioned this process into Zoho CRM, where customer details, product history, and warranty coverage are now stored in a unified system. This upgrade improved accuracy, provided easier access to information across departments, and created a more reliable foundation for customer support and follow-up.
